Christopher Chalmer McIntosh was born 11 July 1915 to Andrew J. and Molly McIntosh. He died 8 June 1944.
his brother Robert Bruce McIntosh was killed on 23 February 1945 on Iwo Jima.

Cpl. Christopher C. McIntosh who has been overseas with an infantry parachute division since December, was killed in action in France June 8, his wife, Mrs. Christopher C.  McIntosh, 907 Chicamauga Avenue, has been notified by the War Department. Cpl. McIntosh was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. McIntosh, Greeneville. Surviving besides the parents are four brothers and three sisters, as follows: Pfc. Robert B. McIntosh, Oceanside, Calif.; Sgt. John H. McIntosh, Camp Maxey, Texas; Kenneth and Andrew Jr. both of Greeneville; Mrs. Homer Burnette, Sweetwater, Tenn.; Mrs. Virgie Sheffey, Lenoir City; and Miss Beulah Mae McIntosh of Greeneville.
