William Paris Wilhoite was born in Hamilton County, Tennessee. He married Jewell Mildred Combs on 28 January 1935. He was the father of Bobbie Jean Wilhoite, Inez Wilhoite and Florene Wilhoite. Son of James F. Wilhoite and Viola Jane Creekmore.
