Injuried received in airplane crash Lewes, England. C-47 (Skytrain) transport plane, serial number 43-15046 . Skytrain seen to clear hill, and while attempting to get down below overcast, was caught evidentally in down draft which forced it into downward hill slope. Completely destroyed by crash, fire and explosion. Accident occured 19 November 1944. 25 were killed.
