Pfc. William Chrisman, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Will Chrisman, of 237 South Leslie Street, was killed in action May 29 in Italy according to a message received by his mother from the adjutant general. Pfc. Chrisman entered service Mrach 17, 1943, and had been overseas for 10 months. He attended Rule High School and before entering the Army was employed by Knox Stove Works.
