Willard Ralph Lee was the son of Albert Walker Lee and Nannie L. Lea.
Sgt Lee died non battle. He was sent to India in 1943 and drowned in the Irrawaddy River in Myitkyina, Burma.

Last rites will be held for Sgt. Willard R. Lee, 27, who lost his life at Myitkyina, Burma, March 28, 1945. Sgt. Lee entered service September 2, 1942 and went overseas June 1943. Besides his parents he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mildred Lee Bloomer.
