Victor Lee Angel was born 27 February 1894, Pikeville, Tennessee, son of Charlie Angel.
Sgt Angel was submitted at the Base Hospital at Camp Sevier, South Carolina on 22 October and died of acute purulent fibrinous on 5 November 1918. He is buried at Iron Hill Cemetery, Bledsoe County, Tennessee.
