Vernon Wilson Robinson was the son of Robert Roscoe Robinson and Bertha Lillian (Birdie) Powell.
He Died non Battle in North Africa after he had been overseas six months. His brother Pvt. Kenneth B. Robinson was killed in action in Italy on May 23, 1943. He had been overseas 25 months.
He was initially buried at Paestum Cemetery at Mount Soprano, Italy and reburied at Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy, B, 12, 8
