Sgt Sharmen Henry Braden, age 21, died in action April 24, 1945. He served with the medical corps in Canada and also in the Philippines for two years and 11 months. He is survived by his father, Charles Braden, Speedwell; sisters, Mrs. Francy Navarre, Monroe, Mich.; Mrs. Ira Pace, Middlesboro, Ky. And Vennie and Wanda Braden, Speedwell; brothers, Clarence, Monroe, Mich., and Dewey Braden, Speedwell.
