Services for Pfc. Roddy, who was killed in action in France on July 26, 1944, will be held from the Washington Baptist Church, of which he was a member. The body will remain at  the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roddy of the Washington Community, until the hour of the service. Besides his parents, he is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Charles Cochran, Mrs. Jim Harris, Mrs. Raymond owers, Mrs. Mitchell Cook, Mrs. Edwin Crawley and Miss Ruth Roddy and five brothers, Estell, Harold, Seth, Neil and Gibbs Roddy all of Dayton.
