Pvt. Samuel J. Lephew, husband of Mrs. Elizabeth Lephew, 3424 Rossville Boulevard, was reported killed in action in Germany on March 26. An infantryman, Pvt. Lephew attended Rockwood, Tenn., school and entered the army in February, 1943. He had been overseas two months.
