Roy Glenn Moore was born on 14 May 1920 in Polk County, Tennessee. He was the son of Charlie Hugh Moore and Onie Francis Hudson Moore. He was the husband of Marie Moore and father of Brenda Joyce Moore.
He was fatally wounded in action on March 7, 1945 near Eicherscheid, Germany.
He is buried at Fort Hill Cemetery, Cleveland, TN
