Bluff City, Nov. 5 – Funeral services for Pvt. Robert B. Gentry will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church, Bluff City. Pvt. Gentry was killed in action during the battle of Normandy. Surviving besides his parents are three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Smith and Miss Mary Gentry, Bluff City; Mrs Hazel Vandegrift, Washington D.C.; a half-brother, Bobby Gentry, Route 1; and four half-sisters, Evelyn, Carol, Roberta and Peggy Gentry, all of Route 1, Bluff City. The body will remain at the Bluff City Funeral Home. Graveside services at Morning View Cemetery.
