Raymond McCann was born on 4 November 1924, the son of Erastus ‘Rastis’ McCann and Onnie Bell Hood. Wife: Mrs. Raymond McCann, 1209 East 27th Street, Cleveland.
He served with the assualt troops of the 5th Amphibious Corps and was killed on Iwo Jima on 2 March 1945.
