Pfc. Raymond C. Mason, 32, died at Lawson General Hospital, Atlanta, at 9:30 a.m. Friday. He served 10 months in the Pacific area, China, Burma and India. Survivors: wife, Leona Humphrey Mason, Tellico Plains; father, Billy Mason, Ball Play; brother, William Mason, Townsend; two sisters, Mrs. H.A. Jenkins, Tapoca, N.C., and Mrs. Clarence Shaw, Ball Play; two aunts, Mrs. Minnie Watson, Tellico Plains, and Mrs. Margaret Jolly, Knoxville; uncle, C.A. Mason, Knoxville.
