Cpl. Orbie Lee Mason, nephew of Mrs. Sylvia Brown of 1521 Van Street, died Nov. 11 from wounds received in action overseas, Mrs. Brown said yesterday. His widow, Mrs. Eva Jean Mason, a war worker in Dayton, Ohio, has purchased a home at 310 Piedmont Street, where the couple planned to live after the war. Corporal Mason lived in Harlan County, Ky., prior to his induction into the Army.
