Neil Gilbert Reagan was born in Sevier, Tennessee, son of James Thomas Reagan and Winnie Haley McCarter. He had two brothers in service, Almer Edgar Reagan with the Army and Earl Emil Reagan with the Marine Corps.
Pfc. Reagan was killed in action in Germany and is buried at Luxembourg American Cemetery, Luxembourg, B, 4, 54
