Lonnie Edward Grady was born on 24 March 1919 at Eagan,  Tennessee, the son of Mack Grady and Eva Alice Bales. Husband of Ona Lee Kemplen and father of Patsy Ann Grady.
He Died non Battle 8 October 1944, Duval County, Florida

He is buried at Roses Creek Cemtery, Anthras, Campbell County, Tennessee.

Jacksonville – Two soldiers from Camp Blanding were dead today from injuries suffered in traffic accidents while they were in this city yesterday on weekend passes. Both were pedestrians. The victims were Pfc. Lonnie E.  Grady, whose widow, Mrs. Onalee Grady, lives in Egan, Tenn. and Pvt Gladstone Collins, whose widow, Mrs. Cleo E. Collins, resides in Atlanta. Grady was hit by an automobile; Collins by a bus.
