Pvt Ruble McNabb was killed in action in Belgium Dec. 19, according to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tarnett McNabb of Newport.
Pvt. McNabb entered the Army in March, 1944, and received his training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He was sent to England in September, and had seen action in Belgium and Germany.
