Lenard (also Leonard) T. Brewer was born in Lexington, Kentucky. He was inducted at Claiborne County in Tennessee on 30 March 1918 and died of wounds received in action on 12 October 1918 at the age of 22. He is buried in plot G, row 27, grave 3, at Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery, Romagne, France.
