Kenneth Otis Crowe was born in 1921, the son of William McKinley Crowe and Amely Adams. Husband of Dorothy Fox.
He Died non Battle 6 January 1943. Aviation Cadet Crowe was killed in a landing accident, aircraft 41-32743 at Marianna, Florida.

The body of Cadet Kenneth O. Crowe was brought back today from Marianna, Fla., where he was killed when his Army Air Corps training plane crashed. Funeral service will be held at First Christian Church. Burial in Union Cemetery. Lieut. Chado arrived as escort for the body. He brought the commission as lieutenant and the wings which were to have been presented Cadet Crow Jan. 14. Lieutenant Chado will turn these over to Cadet Crowe’s wife, who was Miss Dorothy Fox of Newport, before her marriage to Cadet Crowe about eight months ago. The officer said the crash occurred shortly after midnight Wednesday. Cadets were in their last week of training and were getting night flying. Weather was bad and Cadet Crowe’s plane overshot the runway in landing. He was signaled to circle the field and go to another runway.
Cadet Crowe, 21, is survived by his wife; parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Crowe; and a brother, Carl.
