Gunnery Sergeant Jeff Thomas Barnett Sr was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, GSGT Barnett served our country until January 16th, 1971, Offshore of South Vietnam. He was 40 years old and was married. It was reported that Jeff died from illness or disease. His body was recovered.
