Hubert Cecil Sisk enlisted in Battery C. 114th Field Artillery, 30th Division, on July 1, 1917. Later transferred to the 16th Company, 4th Regiment, D.M.A. Embarked for France in July 1918, as a member of the latter organization. He contracted pneumonia and was sent to a hospital at Clermont, for treatment. He died on October 24, 1918 while undergoing treatment. His rank was sergeant major.
