Glenn Carson Fields was born 24 April 1918 to William Edward “Edd” Fields and Myrtle Rosa Kitts. He was married to Dorothy Edmondson and had a stepson Johnny Brown, a daughter Mary Ellen and a son Glen Jr.
Pvt Fields died 11 April 1945 of Wounds received in combat in the Rhine area.
He is buried at Skaggs Cemetery, Maynardville, TN
