Garry Russell was the son of Jeff Russell and Grace Ramsey. He died at the age of 18 at Jamestown, Fentress County, Tennessee due to a car accident. His car ran off the road and he was thrown out. He was buried on 15 April 1955 at Upchurch Cemetery, Fentress County in Tennessee.
