Frederick Willard Bruce was born in 1922 in Tennessee, the son of Leonard Bruce and Teresa Owens. He had been awarded the Good Conduct Medal when stationed with the Fifteenth Air Force as an ordnance worker in Italy. He Died non Battle 2 March 1945
