Pvt. Fred Howard Campbell, 2900 North Chamberlain Avenue, died Wednesday as the result of poisoning while on duty with the United States Army at Pueblo, Colo., his relatives were informed yesterday. Notification of the death gave no further details. The body will be brought to Chattanooga for funeral services and interment, plans to be announced later. He is survived by his wife; two children, Fred H. Campbell Jr. and Helen Campbell; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norris Campbell, Tracy City, and a brother, John Campbell, who is on duty overseas.
