Pfc. Dorsey B. Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan F. William, 1007 Division street, was killed in Vietnam April 30  while engaged in action against hostile forces. He suffered a gunshot wound while fighting in the vicinity of Khe Sanh. Williams entered the Marine Corps in February 1966 and received training at Camp LeJeune, N.C. Williams was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors in addition to his parents, include three brothers, Eddie, Ivan and Mark, and three sisters, Kathy, Hilda and Rita, all of the home. A brother Johnny died in Washington, D.C. last July 28.
Williams was a member of 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines, Co. M.
