Delmer E. Crouch was born 25 March 1922 to Grover Crouch and Salena O. Reynolds. He married Ethelene Capps on 10 November 1944 in Albany, Kentucky. Pvt Crouch enlisted on 13 Apr 1944 at Ft Benjamin Harrison, Indiana. He died 27 November 1944.
