Funeral services for T/5 Delmer Hand, who was killed in Italy, November 15, 1944, will be conducted at Damascus Baptist Church.  Surviving are his wife, Maude Hand, two children, Margaret and Johnny Hand, all of Cleveland, Ohio; his father, John Hand, Damascus; three brothers, Henry Hand, Detroit, Mich., Carl and Paul Hand, both of Damascus; and six sisters, Mrs. Mary Stigall, Shady Valley, Mrs. Margaret Widner, Detroit, Mrs. Willie Hammond, Derby, Va., Miss Katherine Hand, Detroit, and Misses Susie and Shirley Hand, Damascus.
