PFC Clyde Helton was the son of John and Martha (England) Helton. He was killed in France serving his country. His body was received at the Atchley Funeral Home for burial 15 Sep 1948.
Survived by parents of Boyds Creek; eight brothers, Willie, Arthur, Oscar, Elmer, Boyd, Odis, Halvert, and Ernest Helton; four sisters, Mrs James White, Mrs Carl Allen, Mrs Leonard Loveday, Miss Mary Bell Helton.
PFC Helton is buried at Mountain View Cemetery, Walden Creek, Sevier County, Tennessee.
