Charles Toran or Charlie Tearan was born September 1895 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to James T. Toran and Alica Martin Caldwell.
Pvt Toran was admitted at the U.S. Army Base Hospital at Camp Greene, North Carolina on 17 October 1918 and died on 24 October of Pneumonia and influenza at the age of 23.
