Caslee Edward Pruitt was the son of Jermiah Cornelius “Jerry” Pruett and Malinda R Edmonds. His brother, Pfc. Paul Eugene Pruitt was killed in 1945 and is buried at the Manila American Cemetery, in the Philippines.
He was initially buried at Andilly Cemetery at Lay St. Remy, France and was reburied at Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France, B, 27, 29
