Carlos Ringley was born 19 September 1919 in Virginia, the son of Nelson White Ringley and Martha “Mattie” H. Frazier.
He was killed in action on 28 June 1944 on Saipan. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery, 12, 1586.
