Eidson – The body of Private Carl M. Hickman, son of Mr. and Mrs. D.C. Hickman of Eidson, who was killed in action in Germany, August 28, 1944, is scheduled to arrive in Rogersville Saturday afternoon, and burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Hickman Cemetery here.
Surviving are his parents: two sister, Mrs. William Kendrick and Mrs. Luther Davis; and two brothers, Randolph and Marlin Hickman, all of Eidson.
