Carl Franklin Roberson was born on 25 October 1910 at Georgetown, Tennessee, the son of Reece and Ruth D. Roberson. Husband of Ruth Deleen Cartright but they filed for a divorce in February, 1943. He was the father of Franklin Lee Roberson who served in Korea.
