My Friend in Peacetime
I served with Sgt Carl Spangler in Korea in 1963. We were with the 4th Missile Battalion, 44th Arty. I ran the Battery Supply room and Sgt. Spangler was the Motor Sgt. Good man, good soldier.

After years of searching I’m slowly recovering little pieces about my grandfather. I want to thank all of you for the kind words and letting me know what kind of man he was. I miss him and wish I could have known him. Thank you for helping me fill a hole where he belongs.
