Corporal Gray is survived by his wife, the former Jeanette Hensley, and son C.A. Gray Jr., born December; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Gray; and sister Miss Inez Gray.
A former Student at Ducktown High School, Corporal Gray was inducted in January, 1943. He had been overseas in France two and one-half month.
