Blaine Williams was born on 7 February 1925 in Tennessee, the son of Joseph “Joe” Richard Williams and Willie Frances Pitman.
Died non Battle 20 September 1945 at Lane, Oregon. He was wounded due to an accident on the highway near Eugene, Oregon on 18 September, 1945. He was admitted to the Secret Heart Hospital at Lane, Oregon where he died 2 days later on 20 September.
