Benjamin Lee IV was born in Oakridge, Montgomery County, Tennessee. He had been in Vietnam since January and was a Medic. He was killed in action while serving with the HHC/1/35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army.
He his memorialized on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall: Panel 06E, Lline 18.
