The remains of the late Pvt. Arthur L. Rutherford will arrive in Bristol at 10:40 a.m. Friday. Private Rutherford is survived by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Art Rutherford of Bristol, Tenn., three brothers, Joseph, Marvin and Haskell: four sisters, Francis Cornett, Mrs. Laura Pennell, Margaret Rutherford and Lillian Rutherford.
